Genius Brands International, a media company, said pre-market Tuesday three of its animated series have been added to Southwest Airline’s inflight entertainment portal.
Beginning this July, SpacePOP, Thomas Edison’s Secret Lab and Baby Genius will be available for the first time inflight on customers’ personal devices during travel. “We’re thrilled to partner with Southwest to bring three of our most popular kids series to their customers,” Stone Newman, a Genius executive, said in a statement. “Finding new distribution channels to engage consumers regardless of where they may be is just as critical as developing quality content, and this partnership represents an exciting new channel for us,” he added.
